Qatar-Mubasher: The General Real Estate Company, 100% owned by Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Co (QGRI), will acquire all the share capital of Orientals Enterprises, according to a filing to Qatar Exchange (QE).

Negotiations are underway to complete the deal, the statement highlighted, adding that QGRI will try to get the necessary approvals from relevant authorities including Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and Qatar Central Bank (QCB).
